Our Parish Priest
Fr Joseph and Presbytera Marina were born and raised in Southern California. They have known each other since they were children and grew up together going to church and playing the same sports. Both raised as Evangelicals, they eventually embraced the fullness of the faith in the Orthodox Church. It was only in college that they started dating and were married soon after. They were then blessed with two children, Isaac and Elizabeth (Ella).

Fr Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from California Baptist University and a Master of Divinity from St Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary. Prior to seminary, he worked as a Youth Director at St Andrew Orthodox Church in Riverside CA, where he led the Sunday School program, taught catechism, and worked with young adults.
